Requiem is a menu retrospective of the past decade at The Wilderness. Available for a limited time, Requiem is the only menu we will be serving from 19th November to 20th December, and is priced at £100/person. Expect a high-octane tasting menu, bringing together our greatest hits alongside new ideas, launched to mark the restaurant's 10th anniversary.

In 2026 The Wilderness will offer a single forward-thinking tasting menu, priced at £100/person. Expect an experience driven by flavour and focused on fleeting pleasures, which sets the tone for the next decade of debauchery at The Wilderness. We are committed to creativity, so expect menus to evolve at a rapid pace.

We can offer alternative vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten-free menus - please notify us of your requirements at least 48 hours ahead of your visit. We cannot offer alternatives for vegan, dairy-free, or egg-free diets. If anyone in your party has allergies or additional dietary requirements please contact us to discuss before booking. All menus are subject to change. Sample menus are provided to give a flavour of what you can expect from The Wilderness kitchen.
