The Wilderness serves a provocative, playful tasting menu in a restored factory, set to the soundtrack of rock, punk and heavy metal. Established in 2015, The Wilderness is now into its second decade of debauchery.
In 2026 you can expect a single forward-thinking tasting menu, currently priced at £100/person. A sample menu is provided to give you a flavour of what to expect. We are committed to creativity, so expect menus to evolve at a rapid pace.
Due to the creative nature of The Wilderness experience, prices are subject to variance from £100 - £140/person. Prices are set on the 1st of each month and are as stated on the current sample menu.
NEED TO KNOW
We can offer alternative vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten-free menus - please notify us of your requirements at least 48 hours ahead of your visit. We cannot offer alternatives for vegan, dairy-free, or egg-free diets. If anyone in your party has allergies or additional dietary requirements please contact us to discuss before booking. All menus are subject to change. Sample menus are provided to give a flavour of what you can expect from The Wilderness kitchen.
