The Wilderness serves a daring menu for curious minds, resulting from a heady mix of anarchy, experimentation and obsession. We currently serve a singular tasting menu at lunch and dinner, priced at £125 for nine dishes that take you on a riotous tour of exceptional flame-licked ingredients. Loud music, big flavours, alternative luxury.
JULY | LUNCH MENU | £75
A shorter tasting menu is currently served at lunch on Friday and Saturday, priced at £75 for five dishes. The menu is available for all lunch guests and does not need to be pre-ordered, or mentioned when booking.
AUGUST | TASTING MENUS | £65 & £140
Join us from August for the revolution. The Wilderness will offer two forward-thinking tasting menus driven by flavour and focused on fleeting pleasures. We are committed to creativity, so expect menus to evolve at a rapid pace. All guests will have a choice of two menus at lunch and dinner, priced at £65/6 dishes and £140/12 dishes. Minimalist cooking, maximum flavour.

We can offer alternative vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten-free menus - please notify us of your requirements at least 48 hours ahead of your visit. We cannot offer alternatives for vegan, dairy-free, or egg-free diets. If anyone in your party has allergies or additional dietary requirements please contact us to discuss before booking. All menus are subject to change. Sample menus are provided to give a flavour of what you can expect from The Wilderness kitchen.
